The Ethics First Helpline is in place primarily for you to report a concern regarding potential violations of the Code or other unethical or unlawful behavior. The Ethics First Helpline is available to everyone, including employees and contractors, customers, and vendors globally. The GlobalFoundries Ethics & Compliance Office will promptly review all reports and the company will not tolerate threats or acts of retaliation against you for making a good faith report. As permitted by applicable laws, reports may be submitted and followed up on an anonymous basis through the Ethics First Helpline system. However, if more information is required to conduct a proper review or investigation, we may ask the reporter to come forward to provide additional information.
