St. Edward’s University recognizes that in order to achieve excellence through our vision and mission, operations must always be conducted honestly, honorably, and legally. Each member of our community has a responsibility to follow university policies and procedures, adhere to applicable laws and regulations, and speak up if misconduct is suspected.
The University has partnered with an independent, third-party service provider, Navex Global, to provide the community with two simple methods to report activities that may involve unethical or otherwise inappropriate activity or behavior in violation of the University's established policies. The St. Edward’s University Ethics and Compliance Reporting System allows concerns to be reported confidentially by phone or online.
The University’s existing procedures will remain in place for anyone wishing to pursue reports or complaints through established channels. You can continue to report improper activities through your supervisor or to the office charged with the responsibility for ensuring compliance with a specific policy.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
