WELCOME TO AMGEN’S BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS HOTLINE

In order to serve our patients better and protect our business, we must act in an ethical and compliant manner. If you see someone behaving in a way that is not ethical or compliant, you need to report it. If you’re not sure what to do, you need to ask. And if you make a mistake, you need to admit it, report it, and help us handle it properly.

REPORT A CONCERN: You should report good faith suspicions or concerns related to business activities, such as financial irregularities you may encounter or non-compliance with any of our policies. You don’t have to be 100% sure that an incident has occurred to report it. This is what we mean by reporting in good faith. If there’s any question in your mind, or you suspect a potential violation, report it!

ASK A QUESTION: Don’t hesitate to contact Amgen through this service when you need help, even if you’re not sure it’s the right channel to report an incident. You can use this webform and the Hotline telephone line to ask a question or seek clarification of an issue, too. We will send your report to the right place.

ANONYMITY: You may submit reports and questions anonymously, where permitted by local law. This system will alert you if anonymous reporting is not permitted, but you should also check with your local data privacy or HR representative. You can share as much or as little information as you choose, and we treat the information you share as confidentially as possible. However, keep in mind there may be limitations to how the company responds to your report if you remain anonymous or do not share adequate information.

OUR POLICY OF NON-RETALIATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Amgen’s Non-Retaliation Policy prohibits intimidation or retaliation against staff members who report a compliance concern in good faith or participate in good faith in any investigation or other proceeding. This applies to reports made through the Business Conduct Hotline, any of the other resources identified in the Code of Conduct, or in any other appropriate manner.

When you call the Business Conduct Hotline or issue a report through this website, all information you submit will be treated in as confidential a manner as we determine is possible under the circumstances. This means the information you report will be shared only with those who need to know in order to answer your question or look into the matter, unless otherwise required by local country law to reveal your identity.
