After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
If you observe or suspect a violation of KnowBe4's policies or applicable laws, you may submit your concerns through this website or call the compliance hotline using the telephone numbers found in the drop-down box in the margin.
All good faith reports submitted via this website or the hotline will be held in the strictest confidence, unless local or national law prohibits anonymous reporting. Check the Whistleblower policy applicable to you for details. You can also choose to self-identify. You can always reach out to your supervisor, executive management, or submit any concerns directly to any of the following KnowBe4 corporate departments: Legal Department, People Operations Department or the Compliance Department at 1-855-566-9234, in a manner consistent with local requirements.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in KnowBe4’s Code of Conduct, applicable laws, as well as seeking guidance on ethical dilemmas, provide positive suggestions, or communicate a concern.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
