Our Commitment

Scientific Games takes great pride in having earned the trust of our customers and the business community in which we work. We are committed to winning business through honest competition in the marketplace. We function in a highly regulated environment. Government customers present unique challenges and opportunities to demonstrate that the trust we have earned through our superior products and services is well-founded. However, a reputation built over years can be lost through a single careless, unethical act.

Our Code of Conduct sets forth the values and standards to which all of us at Scientific Games are committed. If you discover events of a questionable, fraudulent or illegal nature that are, or that you believe in good faith may be, in violation of law, the guidelines set forth in our Code of Conduct (available for review by clicking on the link on this website), or other Company policy, you should report the matter immediately to your supervisor, someone in management, or the Chief Compliance Officer at 615-403-0493.

In addition, you may call the Scientific Games Business Hot Line, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 1-(844) 974-5094 or you may file a report on this website. To the extent permitted by law, you may choose to remain anonymous in reporting any possible violation of this Code to the Chief Compliance Officer or by calling the hotline. To help preserve anonymity, the hotline and this website are operated by a third-party provider. Any supervisor or manager who receives a report of a violation of this Code must immediately inform the Chief Compliance Officer.

If the matter of concern involves accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing you should also consult the Scientific Games Policy for Raising and Investigating Concerns Regarding Accounting, Internal Accounting Controls and Auditing Matters, which may be read by clicking on the link on this site.

All reports of alleged violations of the law or our code will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, as appropriate, and all information disclosed during the course of the investigation will remain confidential, except as necessary to conduct the investigation and take any remedial action, in accordance with applicable law.

No discrimination or retaliation will be tolerated against any person who, in good faith, reports such concerns.
