	Employee Fraud	Employee fraud can be defined as the internal misrepresentation or concealment of information by an employee of Aflac in order to deceive, mislead, or acquire something of value. (Examples include: Theft of Funds or Property, Collusion with Policyholders to Commit Claims Fraud, Unauthorized Use of Policyholder Personal Data).
	Improper Actions by Producers or Company Sales Support Staff Related to the Sale of Company Products	Reports of misconduct by brokers, associates, agencies, or sales support staff related to or during the sales process, including financial improprieties or deceptive acts or practices.
	Producer Fraud	Producer fraud can be defined as the intentional misrepresentation or concealment of information by a producer or associate appointed with Aflac to sell voluntary insurance in order to deceive, mislead, or acquire something of value. (Examples include: Bogus or Invalid Business, Bogus or Fictitious Individuals, Forgery, Submitting Application without Final Approval, Use of Unauthorized Forms).
