Employee Relations CRS defines Employee Relations as creating and maintaining a healthy employer-employee relationship by recognizing and proactively preventing workplace problems, unfair treatment, or performance concerns. Employee Relations also involves complying with employment/labor law and agency policies. Behavior that deviates from CRS’ employee relations definition, employment law or does not promote a culture of respect, equity, diversity, and inclusivity should be reported. Speaking to your supervisor or Global People Resources/Human Resources contact is the ideal approach; however, if this is not the preferred option, staff are welcome to share their concerns through EthicsPoint.
Fraud/Financial Misconduct

Report any concerns or suspicions of fraud or code of ethics violations. Fraud is any dishonest act that intentionally uses deception or false information to deprive CRS or its donors of money, commodities, benefits or violates policies. Fraud/financial misconduct can take many forms such as:

  1. Bribery and kickbacks
  2. Theft of cash
  3. Procurement Irregularities (for example, fraudulent bids, bid rigging, collusion, bid manipulation, Product substitution,)
  4. Extortion
  5. Conflict of interest
  6. Payroll schemes
  7. Fabricated supporting documents
  8. Project commodities diversion
  9. Falsified invoices and other fraudulent transactions
  10. Inflated expense report
