To report an issue related to the application of specific Human Resources issues or if you have a problem with your supervisor that you cannot resolve, please proceed within the chain of command and if the issue still cannot be resolved, please consult with the Human Resource Department at 337-261-5811 ext. 262.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
