The management and board of Goodwill Industries of Acadiana value your input and therefore we have established an anonymous and confidential method for you to report incidents of misconduct.

EthicsPoint will send the information you provide to us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Please use this site to report ethics-related issues or concerns only. Examples of ethics issues are dishonest activities that are violations of federal and state or local laws; billing for services not performed or for goods not delivered; and other fraudulent financial reporting.

To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Call 888-572-8033 (toll free in the United States and Canada), or
  • Select the File a Report link from the menu above

To report an issue related to the application of specific Human Resources issues or if you have a problem with your supervisor that you cannot resolve, please proceed within the chain of command and if the issue still cannot be resolved, please consult with the Human Resource Department at 337-261-5811 ext. 262.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
