	Hazing	The demeaning of a student through physical or mental means for the purpose of initiations in, or acceptance into a group.

	Sex-Based Harassment and Assault	Sexual assault, stalking, intimate partner violence, exploitation, and other inappropriate non-consensual sexual behavior.
	Student Conduct Code Violations	Any student conduct that is in violation of the University's Student Code of Student. Examples include, but are not limited to, personal behavior on or off campus that disregards or violates the rights of others, shows disrespect for persons and/or property, violates University rules, regulations and/or policies, violations local, state, or federal laws, etc.
