Human Trafficking Any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, sexual or child exploitation, and  other forms of human trafficking.
Improper Giving or Receiving of Gifts The giving, receiving or solicitation of items which could be reasonably interpreted as an effort to improperly influence a business relationship or decision.
