	Dating Violence	Violence committed by a person who is or has been in a social relationship of a romantic or intimate nature with the victim.
	Domestic Violence	A pattern of abusive behavior that is used by an intimate partner to gain or maintain power and control over the other intimate partner.
	Gender Based Misconduct	Discrimination or verbal, non-verbal or physical harassment, violence or intimidation which is based on a person's gender but which is not sexual in nature.
	Sexual Harassment	The making of unwanted and offensive sexual advances or of sexually offensive remarks or acts, especially by one in a superior or supervisory position or when acquiescence to such behavior is a condition of continued employment, promotion, or satisfactory evaluation.
	Sexual Misconduct	Non-consensual physical contact of a sexual nature.
	Stalking	Pattern of repeated and unwanted attention, harassment, contact, or any other course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or the safety of others, or suffer substantial emotional distress.
