	Improper Vendor/ Contractor Activity	Improper activities or circumstances related to the selection of a vendor/contractor; improper giving or receiving of gifts from vendors/contractors; vendor/contractor activity in violation of contract terms.
	Theft of Time, Cash, Goods or Services	Any act which results in an employee or contractor being paid for time not worked or services not provided. The taking of money or goods/supplies for personal use, or the use of OCTA services/goods for personal benefit.
