Gifts and Donations
	Improper Acceptance of Gifts or Donations	The reporter is aware that an employee has accepted gifts and/or entertainment from another employee, vendors or any potential person or entity that may conduct business with us in order to unduly influence the employee that accepted the gift. This is a violation of our Code of Conduct. For example, an employee accepts concert tickets from a vendor and from this action the vendor could expect to obtain special treatment from that employee.
	Improper Political Contributions	In violation of our Code of Conduct, the reporter is aware that one of our employees has made payments and/or political contributions to government officials in order to obtain or retain business. For example, a contribution to a political campaign is made in the name of our company without the required authorization.
