Child Abuse Reporting Report a known or suspected instance of child abuse or neglect occurring on campus or in connection with University-affiliated programs. All such incidents should also be reported to the University's Director of Public Safety.
Crime Reporting/Public Safety/Emergency Report a crime that occurred on campus that has not been previously reported to the University's Department of Public Safety. Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. Data Privacy Violations of or behavior not in keeping with the technical, contractual, administrative, and physical steps taken by the University to protect against unauthorized access to and disclosure of personally identifiable data of students, facultym and other third parties that the University possesses. Includes the theft of, and intentional or inadvertent loss of, such data.
Disclosure of Confidential Information Unlawful and unauthorized disclosure or use of sensitive information, not to be used other than for specifically identified purposes, to unauthorized individuals or for personal gain or advantage.
Environmental and Safety Matters Failure to meet the requirements of any applicable law, rule or regulation relating to the environment, working conditions or workplace safety, including, without limitation, regulations imposed by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and similar agencies.
Improper Supplier or Contractor Activity Supplier or contractor activity in violation of the University's policies and procedures; improper supplier or contractor selection based on personal gain, improper negotiation or diversion of contract awards.
Sabotage or Vandalism Intentionally, recklessly or negligently destroying, defacing or tampering with University property.
Unsafe Working Conditions Failure to meet requirements needed to perform all duties in a safe and secure environment. Includes failure to meet the requirements of any applicable policy, law, rule, or regulation relating to the environment or workplace safety, including those imposed by OSHA or the EPA.
Weapons The sale or possession by any member of the campus community of any firearms, explosives or other lethal weapons.
Other Policy or Regulatory-related Risk and Safety Matters Violation or behavior not in keeping with the University's risk/safety matters-related policies or legal or regulatory requirements not specifically noted above.
