Reports of inappropriate behavior or unfair treatment such as favoritism, nepotism, performance evaluations, hiring practices, promotions, etc.
Environmental Non-compliance of regulatory requirements. The act of contamination of property, unlawful disposal of trash, water, or any other substance harmful to the environment.
Fraud To appropriate (as property entrusted to one's care) fraudulently to one's own use. (Examples include: bookkeeping errors, misapplication of funds, and mishandling of cash)
Theft The act of stealing; specifically: the felonious taking and removing of company property.
Violation of Policy Actions that are in direct violation of company policy, procedures, code of conduct, and/or implied contractual responsibilities. (Examples include: disclosure of sensitive information to 3rd parties without the consent of management, hiring standards, safety, Internet usage, corporate guidelines, inappropriate use of company assets such as vehicles, phones, computers, etc.)
Violence or Threat Violence is an expression of the intention to inflict evil, injury, or damage to a person or their property. (Examples include: direct, veiled, conditional, violent)
