	Human or Animal Research	Inappropriate use of humans or animals involved in research.
	Human Trafficking Violations	Any violation of the Wichita State University Prohibition Against Trafficking in Persons policy.
	State and Federal Grant Violations	False statements, claims, or charges as they relate to State or Federal grant or subgrant awards or the performance or closeout of such award; embezzlement or theft of state or federal grant funds; use of state or federal grant funds to make false statements or commit bribery; fraud in the use, reporting, and billing under a state or federal grant; unlawfully obtaining source selection information for any state or federal grant that resulted in a bid or proposal; undisclosed personal financial interest or gain resulting from a state or federal grant (other than University wages); or failure to deliver or perform services that conform to contract requirements.
