Examples are creating fictitious invoices/sales, suppressing supplier invoices to under report company liabilities. Embezzlement is the unauthorized use or theft of property or assets that have been entrusted to a person's care. Examples include expensing personal travel or expenses to the company, or falsifying hourly time reports.
Securities Violations Individual or company actions that do not comply with Federal or other agency regulations for stock, bonds, and other securities. An example is insider trading.
