OUR CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT AND ETHICS

Do not use EthicsPoint to report actual or suspected discrimination, harassment, on the job drug usage or other matters involving your employment or condition of employment with the Company. These matters should be reported consistent with Company policy to the employee’s immediate supervisor, manager, or to the Administaff Human Resource Department. Ethical Conduct is Your Responsibility
Each of us is responsible to adhere to the standards set for the Company in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and to know what is expected of you when you act on behalf of the Company. You are encouraged to talk to your supervisor, manager or the Company’s Compliance Officer about observed illegal or unethical behavior or when in doubt about the best course of action in a particular situation.
