SFA values its employees and considers their concerns very important. The university has adopted new ethics and fraud policies to guide behavior (see links to policies). SFA also values its relationships with businesses that provide goods and services to the university. SFA is committed to excellence and promotes the highest level of ethical conduct by its administration, faculty, staff and university community.
SFA has chosen a third party, EthicsPoint, to provide a confidential reporting system for the university community. The EthicsPoint system offers a convenient and simple way to report concerns. Reports can be made on the toll free phone number (866-294-9539) or through this Website. Persons making reports are not required to give their name or other identifying information. SFA will appropriately investigate each report. A person will not be subject to reprimand or retaliation for making a good faith report.
While the EthicsPoint system offers an additional avenue for reporting concerns anonymously, employees are still encouraged to use other reporting methods such as reporting to their supervisor, Human Resources, Department of Audit Services, General Counsel, University Police or other appropriate entities.
