It is the policy of Lutheran Services in America (LSA) to conduct business according to the highest ethical standards to maintain the complete confidence of its members, donors, volunteers, partners, directors, and employees. Directors and employees must conduct themselves and perform their duties in a manner that brings credit to themselves and LSA. They must fully comply with the intent and spirit of all applicable laws and regulations and avoid practices that might damage the public trust LSA enjoys or in any way damage LSA’s reputation as a responsible non-profit organization.


LSA's goal is to assure the integrity of its people, processes, and assets. One method for achieving this goal is a system for receiving reports of concerns about unethical behavior easily, confidentially, and, if desired, anonymously. LSA has selected EthicsPoint to provide and administer an independent reporting system that is accessed through this web page or an 800 number. Reports will be routed for investigation and, if necessary, action, to the individual best able to address the particular topic of concern. AN INDIVIDUAL NAMED IN A REPORT WILL NEVER BE THE REPORT RECIPIENT. Persons making reports will be able to receive feedback confidentially via this website.


You may call 800-677-8969 toll-free (in the U.S. and Canada) or you may file a report online by clicking on "File a Report" from the menu on the left sidebar. After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
