Father Flanagan's Boys' Home (FFBH) d/b/a Boys Town carries out its mission according to applicable laws and regulations and the highest ethical standards in order to maintain the complete confidence of our employees, volunteers, investors, donors, and vendors. Volunteers and employees must conduct their personal affairs and manage their business transactions in a manner that does not result in adverse criticism from the public or in any way damage Boys Town’s reputation as a responsible non-profit agency.
We act from a series of values that include honesty and integrity in all we do, and we expect every employee of Boys Town to uphold these high standards and best business practices.

Boys Town will keep the information reported confidential, to the maximum extent possible; however information will be used and shared in order to appropriately investigate a complaint. To Make a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
EthicsPoint does not replace the YOUTH SAFETY LINE for reporting youth rights violations as established within Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home. Please call 1-877-987-5100 to report such incidents.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7-10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
