Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (SIRE) has entered into an agreement with EthicsPoint to convey your information on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. This system is confidential and secure. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. The audit committee, board and management at SIRE value your input. SIRE has elected this method of anonymous and confidential reporting to encourage your suggestions, concerns or to report misconduct.

If you believe we have failed to keep these standards we want to know. As always, we hope you can freely communicate with your supervisors and the management at the plant. You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

This process is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
