Our Commitment
At World Vision Canada (WVC), one of our most important roles is to help create the best possible work environment for everyone in our organization. Enjoying our jobs is an obvious result. We should also have the comfort of knowing that we work in a safe and ethical workplace. Our hope is that you are proud to work at WVC and that you feel good about your own contribution to our ministry and to the work that we do as an organization.
Every staff member regardless of position, shares in the responsibility of promoting a workplace that is high in integrity and conducts itself in an honest and positive way. In an ongoing effort to ensure this, WVC has a reporting system called the World Vision Canada Whistleblower Hotline, which is managed by EthicsPoint a leading provider of integrity hotlines.
Through the World Vision Canada Whistleblower Hotline, you can report violations of law and/or WVC policies on an anonymous basis, if you so choose. In partnering with EthicsPoint, we have gone to great lengths to ensure that reports entered in the system are completely confidential.
