Our Commitment

JAC Products, Inc. is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct in all its dealings with employees, customers, suppliers and surrounding communities. We embrace business practices that create long term value while enhancing our business reputation for honesty, integrity and fairness.

Because of this commitment we provide our employees with our employee handbook explaining many topics on business ethics. This book covers both the behavior we expect and the consequences for not meeting those expectations.

While JAC Products, Inc. maintains many avenues of communication to address problems, including an Open Door policy, it is understood that sometimes you may wish to identify a problem anonymously. With this in mind we have contracted an outside organization to handle these situations. The company “EthicsPoint” was selected because of it's own high degree of ethics. This third party organization will receive your concern either by internet or by phone, keeping you completely anonymous.

Once you have filed a report, you can also check on its status by returning to the same web site or phone using a private id and password that they will give you.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
