WPI has selected EthicsPoint, Inc. to provide you with simple, risk-free ways to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve unethical or otherwise inappropriate activity or behavior in violation of WPI's established policies and Business Ethics Policy. You may file a report to WPI on this web site or by calling EthicsPoint toll-free at 888-359-6326.

All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be given careful attention by the appropriate WPI Administrators with the objective of correcting the situation being reported. We ask that you retain your report key and password and return to this web site within 10 days of filing a report to check for comments or follow-up questions.

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly.

We expect that reports submitted through the EthicsPoint system will be made in a good faith effort to address legitimate issues needing correction, or to otherwise provide reliable information.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
