EthicsPoint
Duquesne University Ethics Reporting Hotline
Duquesne University is committed to excellence at all levels and strives to support the Duquesne community in practicing the highest levels of ethical conduct. To facilitate this, the University has selected EthicsPoint, Inc. to provide a simple, risk-free way to report activities that may involve unethical or otherwise inappropriate activity or behavior in violation of University policies.
Duquesne University considers employee concerns very important and desires your cooperation in resolving such issues. However, this hotline service is not a substitute for, nor does it replace, any existing reporting methods already in place at the University for reporting problems or complaints. The University continues to encourage employees to report concerns or suspected violations to their supervisor, Human Resources or other campus entities, as appropriate. Due to the potential for abuse and the possibility of serious personal and professional consequences resulting from such allegations, discrimination and harassment complaints may not be reported through this hotline. Please refer to The Administrative Policies No. 7 (TAP 7) for further information.
To File a Report
Complaints related to discrimination and sexual harassment should be reported to the Affirmative Action Officer. Non-discriminatory complaints or disputes between an employee and supervisor, or other university representative should be reported to the Office of Human Resource Management.
You may use either of the following methods to submit a report:
