United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee
	Allocation of Athlete Support	Any concern related to athlete support policies that are not in compliance with the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act or the failure of an NGB to adhere to its published athlete support policies.
	Athlete Safety / Security	Any concern related to the wellbeing, health, or safety of any athlete, including acts perpetrated against an athlete or a failure to act in accordance with the USOPC’s or an NGB’s athlete safety policies.
	Bribery / Corruption	Bribery is defined as any concern related to an attempt to persuade an individual or entity to act in another party’s favor by providing that individual with money, any item of value, or another benefit of value. Corruption is defined as the abuse of power for personal gain by an official or an employee entrusted with decision-making authority.
	Cheating	Any concern related to cheating, competitive manipulation, or any other action that may affect the integrity of athletic competition.
	Compliance	Any concern related to a potential violation of any state or federal law (including any USOPC/NGB executive or board member being arrested or charged with a crime), the USOPC Bylaws, an NGB’s bylaws, or any USOPC or NGB policy.
	Conflicts of Interest	Any concern related to an individual’s activities, interests, or relationships that may interfere with or influence their ability to be impartial or make decisions in the best interests of athletes, the USOPC, or their NGB.
	Delegation Event Rule Violation	Any concern related to an alleged violation of the USOPC’s Delegation Terms or other applicable rules for a Delegation Event or Trials.
	Discrimination	Any concern related to unjust, unfavorable, odious, or otherwise prejudicial treatment or restrictions without cause, including but not limited to actions against individuals or groups that have historically been underrepresented, minoritized, or marginalized.
	Fraud	Any concern related to fraudulent activity including, but not limited to, the falsification of records, embezzlement, or theft.
	Gambling	Any concern related to wagering on Olympic, Paralympic, or other USOPC-sanctioned events, knowingly sharing confidential information with an individual engaged in such wagering, or attempting to influence any competition in connection with such wagering.
	Governance	Any concern related to the USOPC’s or an NGB’s Board of Directors or Board Committees or any violation of the USOPC or an NGB’s bylaws’ governance provisions.
	Retaliation	Any concern related to an adverse action, including suspension, demotion, discharge, or a negative review, taken against an individual for reporting a concern in good faith.
	Team Selection	Any concern related to the national team selection procedures or processes for any sport.
	USOPC Employee Misconduct	Any concern related to a USOPC employee’s alleged violation of a USOPC policy.
	Other Category Not Listed	Any concern not included in the categories above.
