Gifts and Entertainment Refers to the inappropriate offering, solicitation or accepting of items of more than nominal value from vendors, clients or other third parties in a capacity as an employee or agent of the agency.

Misappropriation or misuse refers to the unauthorized or improper use of the agency’s or a client’s confidential information or a third party's intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
Violence, threats of violence, bullying Violence or threats of violence is an expression of the intention to inflict injury, or damage to a person or their property or the actual infliction of such injury; bullying involves infliction of emotional or actual harm through hostile acts, words or other conduct . (Examples include: direct, veiled, conditional, violent threats or acts)
