Any issues related to the way Crewmembers communicate and work with each other, their supervisors/Managers, and the Company. Examples include harassment, discrimination, disrespectful/bullying behavior, threats, retaliation, unprofessional behavior, inappropriate texting and use of social media.
Ethics and Integrity
Concerns relating to business integrity issues, such as falsifying/forging documents, fraud, accounting misconduct, kickbacks, theft, code of ethics policy violation, travel and entertainment abuse, misuse of Company resources, or a conflict of interest.
Quality/Safety
Failure to follow applicable laws, regulations and procedures governing the safety of Raising Cane's buildings, food and work environment. This also includes quality/safety issues related to machinery and equipment.
