Business relationships between employees and clients, vendors or suppliers that are inconsistent with the Company's Code of Conduct.
Conflicts of Interest (between clients, suppliers and vendors, not between employees)
When an employee’s private or personal interests are inconsistent with their duties to the Company.
Discrimination, Harassment, Equal Employment or Diversity Issues
Any inappropriate act or violation of Company HR policies and procedures governing discrimination, harassment, equal employment or diversity.
Fraud or Illegal Activities
Falsification of Company records, misappropriation of assets, theft or embezzlement.
Physical Assets
Unauthorized, unlawful or improper use of Company assets, including the unauthorized use of assets for other than legitimate business purposes.
Physical Threats or Violence
Threat or violent act between employees and between employees and clients, suppliers or vendors.
