About Ryan’s Integrity Helpline

At Ryan, we are committed to maintaining an ethical, engaged and productive workplace. “Integrity Always” is one of our guiding values and it’s how we work every day. If you have concerns about potential legal, ethical or policy violations, you can report them easily and confidentially through Ryan’s Integrity Helpline.

Ryan’s Integrity Helpline is hosted by NAVEX, a leading third-party provider of ethics and compliance services. It is available globally, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, supports anonymous reporting and can be accessed in your local language and through multiple channels.

What is the Integrity Helpline?

Ryan’s Integrity Helpline is a confidential reporting tool that enables management and team members to work together to address legal, ethical and policy issues in the workplace while cultivating a positive work environment.

Why does Ryan maintain an Integrity Helpline?

By maintaining an open channel of communication for team members and business partners to easily and confidentiality report issues or concerns, we foster a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making and can timely identify and address concerns.

What kind of issues should I report through the Integrity Helpline?

The Integrity Helpline is intended for reporting legal, ethical or policy concerns. Examples include harassment or discrimination; bribery, theft, or embezzlement; financial, accounting or auditing irregularities; violations of laws, regulations, or Ryan policies; information or data security concerns; and workplace safety issues.

If you are unsure whether to report a matter, you are encouraged to submit it and it will be routed to the appropriate team for handling. You can also use the “Ask a Question” option if you have questions.

Does Ryan really want me to report issues?

Absolutely. The Firm expects all team members to promptly and fully report any legal, ethical or policy concerns. Timely reporting can minimize the potential negative impact on the Firm, team members, and our business partners. If you are ever in doubt, submit a report.

Can I really keep my identity anonymous when making a report?

Yes. The Integrity Helpline supports fully anonymous reporting through both the online platform and the toll-free telephone numbers. If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will not be known to Ryan or NAVEX. However, providing your name helps facilitate more efficient investigation by allowing our team to more easily communicate with you about the reported concerns.

What happens after I file a report?

Ryan’s Legal Integrity & Compliance team reviews all reports and assigns them to the appropriate personnel for investigation. The Integrity & Compliance team also ensures all investigations are conducted thoroughly and appropriately.

How do I check the status of a report I filed?

When you file a report, whether online or by telephone, you will receive a report key and be prompted to create a password. Use these credentials to log in and check the status of your report. You can also send and receive messages and communicate with the assigned investigator, anonymously if you chose that option.

What if I lose my Report Key or forget the password I created?

To ensure security and anonymity are maintained, if you lose your Report Key or password, you will need to file a new report. The new report should note that it is related to a report or question you previously submitted.

Will I be advised of the outcome of my report?

Usually not. Investigation results, including any corrective actions taken, are generally confidential and are not shared with reporters.

We encourage all Ryan team members, clients, suppliers, and other business partners or stakeholders to use the Integrity Helpline to report concerns or issues. Please contact the Legal Integrity & Compliance team at integrity@ryan.com with any questions, comments or concerns. Your feedback is always welcome.
