We want employees, members, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to feel comfortable in approaching Sidecar Health, including our supervisors or management, in instances where you believe violations of policies, standards, laws, or regulations have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to make an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by NAVEX EthicsPoint, an independent third-party provider, on a confidential and anonymous basis. You have our assurance that every report will be reviewed, evaluated, and addressed appropriately.

Sidecar Health strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, raises a legal or ethical concern or cooperates in an investigation.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year):

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
