You may submit a report anonymously or with your name, based on your preference.

FirstKey Homes is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager or any member of the human resources team, whenever you have concerns about potential misconduct, policy issues, or other matters that may impact our values or workplace standards. You can also make reports through the EthicsPoint website.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report through EthicsPoint, anonymous reports are handled confidentially as permitted by law. Information may be shared for legal or safety reasons. All concerns will be reviewed and your voice will be heard without fear of retaliation.
