Our Commitment

The Office of the County Auditor’s Hotline Program is a secure way to report suspected fraud, waste, or abuse involving the County of Maui, its employees, and vendors. Reports/tips may be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using the Online or By Phone options to the left of this screen. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report/tip, the information you provide will be sent anonymously to the Office of the County Auditor (“OCA”) by EthicsPoint.

OCA will review reports/tips in a timely manner and may seek additional or clarifying information. Repeated reports/tips which OCA determines to be unsubstantiated or serve no investigative value may result in future reports/tips not being considered. OCA reserves the right to group similar reports/tips and their dispositions.
