This site provides a safe, confidential, and, where permitted by law, anonymous way to report concerns about misconduct, legal violations, or breaches of the AEVEX Code of Conduct. Reports made in good faith are protected from retaliation.

Personal data will be used only to review and address your concern and may be shared with authorized AEVEX personnel or external counsel as needed. You may report anonymously (where legally permitted), though we encourage you to identify yourself. If reporting anonymously, do not include information that could reveal your identity. Please provide enough detail to support a thorough review. Where required, individuals named in a report may be informed. Concerns outside applicable U.S. whistleblower laws may be directed to HR@AEVEX.com

After submitting a report, you will receive a unique “report key.” Keep this and your password to check for updates or follow-up questions.

NISPOM Reporting Requirements

Matters related to NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)—including classified information, security violations, or insider threat concerns—must be reported through the Security Employee Portal or directly to the Security team, not through this site. If unsure, contact Security for guidance.
