Crusoe Ethics Helpline

Our Commitment - At Crusoe, our mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We design, build and operate the infrastructure powering the next generation of artificial intelligence with an energy first approach. As we think like Mountaineers and move quickly to scale Crusoe, our Code of Conduct isn't just a document; it's our guide for doing the right thing, every time.

Speak Up, Your Way - We thrive on open, honest communication. If you see something that doesn't align with our values, policies or the law, we encourage you to speak directly with your supervisor, our Global risk and compliance officer, human resources, or a member of Crusoe's leadership team.

You can also utilize Crusoe's Ethics Hotline (allowing you to remain anonymous if you prefer) hosted by an independent compliance vendor, EthicsPoint. You can use this platform to:

  • Report Concerns: Raise potential violations of the law, our Code of Conduct or company policies and procedures.
  • Seek Guidance: Ask compliance questions or seek proactive advice when you aren't sure of a next step.
  • Share Insights: Provide positive suggestions to help us maintain our strong compliance based culture or highlight stories of our values in action.

Your Privacy, Protected - Reports submitted through EthicsPoint are kept as confidential as circumstances allow, reinforced by an independent third-party vendor with security measures designed for anonymous reporting and follow-up. Every concern is taken seriously.

Your Compliance Resource, Anytime - You can reach out to Crusoe's Global Risk and Compliance Officer Stephen Martin at any time for assistance: srmartin@crusoe.ai or +1-303-345-3345.
