Fitesa is committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching any manager or member of human resources to speak up in instances where you believe violations of our policies or any compliance standards have occurred. We guarantee you can report without fear of retaliation.

Should there be a situation where you prefer to place an anonymous report, the information you provide will be sent to Fitesa through a 3rd party portal, EthicsPoint, on a completely confidential and anonymous basis. Your report will be taken seriously and investigated, then responded to within the EthicsPoint hotline.

After you complete your EthicsPoint report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password, keeping them in a safe place. Within 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report status or provide additional information.
