Our Commitment to an Ethical Workplace
Baker Tilly’s core values guide how we work, how we lead, and how we hold ourselves accountable to each other, our clients, and our communities. Our values shape the decisions we make every day and guide how we respond when something doesn’t feel right.
Integrity is non-negotiable in our profession. It is the foundation of our culture – and our success. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in everything we do.
Every Baker Tilly team member shares responsibility for acting in accordance with firm policies, professional standards, and applicable laws. At the same time, we encourage you to ask questions, raise concerns, and report suspected misconduct in good faith.
EthicsPoint provides a simple, confidential way to do this. When you raise a concern, it is reviewed and addressed with care and in line with our policies. Additionally, retaliation against anyone who speaks up in good faith is not permitted.
By speaking up, you help us strengthen our culture, support one another, and uphold the trust placed in us by our people, our clients, and our communities.

FAQs
When should I contact EthicsPoint?
You can use EthicsPoint to raise concerns about potential violations of our Code of Professional Conduct, firm policies, or applicable laws and regulations. This may include issues related to ethics, compliance, workplace behavior, financial practices, or other situations that don’t feel right. If something raises a concern, it’s appropriate to speak up.
What happens after I contact EthicsPoint?
When you submit a report – either by phone or online – it is documented and shared with the appropriate team for review (typically a member of the Employee Relations team within People Solutions). The information is handled carefully and routed to individuals responsible for assessing and addressing the concern. You may be contacted for additional details, if needed.
What if I’m not sure something is a violation?
You don’t need to be certain that a policy has been violated to raise a concern. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s appropriate to ask a question or report it. The review process will help determine whether action is needed.
Why should I speak up if I have a concern?
Speaking up helps protect our people, our clients, and our firm. It allows us to address issues early, support a culture of integrity, and make informed decisions. Raising a concern – regardless of the severity – helps us build a stronger, more accountable organization.
Can I report a concern anonymously?
Yes. You can choose to remain anonymous where permitted by local laws. If you do, you’ll still be able to follow up on your report and provide additional information through the system.
Should I report to EthicsPoint or speak to someone directly?
You have options. You can raise concerns with your manager, People team or other firm resources. EthicsPoint is available if you prefer to report confidentially, anonymously or outside of your immediate reporting line.
Can I follow up on my report?
Yes. EthicsPoint allows you to log back in using your report key to check for updates, answer follow-up questions, or provide additional information. This is especially important if you choose to remain anonymous.
Who will know that I contacted EthicsPoint?
Reports are shared only with individuals who need to review the information and address the concern. We make every effort to limit access and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
Can I report a concern without fear of retaliation?
Yes. Baker Tilly does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. If you experience or suspect retaliation, you should report it immediately.
Is EthicsPoint available 24/7 and in multiple languages?
Yes. EthicsPoint is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and supports multiple languages to make reporting accessible for all employees and stakeholders.
Can I report on behalf of someone else?
Yes. You can submit a report if you’ve witnessed a concern or if someone has shared an issue with you. It’s helpful to include as much relevant information as you can.
Can clients or third parties use EthicsPoint?
Yes. EthicsPoint is available to employees, clients, vendors and other third parties who wish to raise a concern related to Baker Tilly.
Will I be notified of the outcome of my report?
You may receive updates through the EthicsPoint system, particularly if additional information is needed. While we aim to provide transparency, details about specific outcomes may be limited due to confidentiality considerations.
How do I receive additional policy guidance?
You can access our Code of Professional Conduct, firm policies, and additional guidance on Live. If you’re looking for additional information, rather than looking to report a concern, you can start with your manager or a member of the People Solutions team.
