Our Commitment

This confidential reporting service is available to help you communicate with our Global Ethics and Compliance Office, and with the Global Human Resources department, regarding actual or suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct.

CAE encourages you to report any concern, complaint, or actual or perceived misconduct immediately, to your supervisor, senior management, the Human Resources department, the Legal department or the Global Ethics and Compliance Office. If you prefer to make a report through an independent function, you are free to use this service, hosted by a third-party provider, NAVEX. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our Code of Business Conduct, but you are also welcome to ask for guidance related to our policies and procedures. The service allows you to submit reports and requests for assistance confidentially via this Internet page, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. In addition, you can contact the NAVEX call centre by telephone using the dialing information provided on this page when you select your location.

All reports and inquiries are promptly forwarded to CAE for review and/or investigation by the appropriate representative/department. Upon receiving a report, CAE will promptly conduct a fair and thorough investigation into the facts and circumstances. To the extent possible, CAE will endeavour to keep your concerns confidential. Where permitted by law, you will have the option to report anonymously.

Non-Retaliation

CAE does not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, makes an inquiry, participates in an investigation or reports a misconduct. Any supervisor who directly or indirectly intimidates or punishes an employee who reports a potential breach of the Code of Business Conduct, is subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following methods to submit a report:

  • Call 1-866-294-9551 (toll free in Canada and the USA);
  • Call using information in the International Dialing Instructions, or

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
