Welcome to the David and Lucile Packard Foundation’s EthicsPoint Reporting site.

Reporting Options

Welcome to the David and Lucile Packard Foundation’s reporting site. We have partnered with EthicsPoint, an anonymous reporting service, to provide our employees and other partners—such as grantees, vendors, and other third parties—a confidential way to report issues that raise ethical concerns.

As a foundation, we value integrity and respect for all people and have written standards and policies containing general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. We expect all Foundation employees and those who do business with the Foundation to maintain high ethical standards. In addition, we are committed to providing quality interactions, clear and consistent communications, and opportunities for feedback. If you feel an employee of the Foundation or colleague such as a coworker, grantee, vendor, or other third party has fallen short of these expectations, you have a number of options for sharing your concern.

  1. You can discuss the issue directly with the person or people involved or with your manager or any other foundation manager. The Foundation is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation. We want staff to feel comfortable approaching management and for our partners to feel comfortable approaching your Foundation representative in instances where you believe violations of policies, standards, or the law have occurred. The Foundation has a strict Whistleblower Policy that protects those who report illegal or improper activity, which can be found here.

  2. If direct discussions don't resolve the matter or aren't possible, you can speak to several members of our team who are thoroughly trained on our Foundation-wide policies and committed to efficient resolution of concerns. This group includes:
  3. If you feel unable to discuss the matter with anyone at the Foundation, you can submit a report to EthicsPoint via this page or using the number for the country you are calling from. All reports submitted to EthicsPoint are completely confidential.

We appreciate your commitment to our values and mission.
