The following concerns will not be accepted via this hotline service. These concerns should be reported using the existing campus policies and procedures that are specifically designed to address such concerns.
Texas State faculty with a concern regarding their employment should contact their chair or dean first and attempt a resolution. If no resolution is reached, the faculty should then follow the appropriate procedures to report his/her grievance.

Texas State staff employees with a concern regarding their employment should contact their supervisor first and attempt a resolution. If no resolution is reached, the staff employee should then follow the appropriate procedures to report his/her grievance:
Texas State students are encouraged to attempt to resolve concerns directly with the individual(s) or department(s) involved. In general, students should direct their questions to the persons responsible for the individual or department. If no resolution is reached, the student should then contact:
Texas State faculty, staff and student employee concerns regarding discrimination or harassment should contact their chair, dean or immediate supervisor and attempt a resolution. If no resolution is reached, the individual should follow the appropriate procedures to report his/her concerns:
