How to File a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
  • Select the "File a Report" link at the top of this web page, or
  • Call 1-866-295-2635 (toll free in the US and Canada)
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Jovia Financial Credit Union has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with an anonymous and confidential channel to report your concerns of misconduct based on the Credit Union's Ethical Code of Conduct Standards. EthicsPoint will send the information you provide to us on a confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. We appreciate your support and cooperation in keeping Jovia an ethical organization from top to bottom. Issues that fall outside of the Ethical Code of Conduct Standards should be reported immediately using the Credit Union's open door policy. Your issues can be reported to the President and CEO, Department Head of HR or any Chief Officer in the organization. We assure you that your concerns will be kept anonymous and confidential.
