Ohio University (OHIO) has selected EthicsPoint to provide a simple, anonymous way for employees to report suspected fraud, waste, or abuse of university assets or other compliance and regulatory issues. You may file a report by calling toll-free 1-866-294-9591.
OHIO considers employee concerns very important and desires your cooperation in resolving such issues. However, the Ethics Hotline does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods on campus. The University strongly encourages employees to report concerns directly through normal lines of communication.

Categories of concerns not reportable through the Ethics Hotline include the following:
  • Human Resources: All reports of employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination or other human resource issues must be reported directly to University Human Resources at 740-593-1636. Human resource reports will not be accepted through the Ethics Hotline.
  • Institutional Equity: Reports of discrimination or harassment or concerns about disability accessibility must be reported to the Title IX/ADA-504 Coordinator at the Office for Institutional Equity at 740-593-9132 or via email at equity@ohio.edu. Reports of discrimination, harassment or issues related to accessibility will not be accepted through the Ethics Hotline.
  • Academic Affairs: Please direct your inquiries to the relevant Department Chair/School Director or College Dean.
  • Student Affairs: Students are encouraged to click on http://www.ohiou.edu/deanofstudents/concerns.htm for a list of common concerns that are not generally reportable through the Ethics Hotline. Along with this list are offices and other resources designed to assist in helping resolve your concerns. If your concern is not addressed by this site, you are invited to contact the Dean of Students Office at 593-1800 during office hours.
  • OUPD: In the case of an emergency contact the Ohio University Police at 593-1911.
