Our Commitment
Ohio University is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. As stated in University Policy 03.006, the university “expects all of its employees, faculty, administrators, classified, and bargaining unit members to be honest and ethical in their conduct, comply with applicable government laws, policies, and regulations, deal fairly with other employees, students, customers, volunteers, and business associates, and protect and ensure the proper use of university assets.”
Ohio University is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
