About EXL’s Ethics Hotline

Our Ethics Hotline is place where you can ask questions or raise concerns, by phone or online, about EXL’s business or business practices or if you observe or suspect unethical behavior or misconduct, including violations of our Code of Conduct and Ethics, our policies, and the laws that govern EXL globally. The Hotline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is run by an independent, third-party provider.

Whether you choose to remain anonymous or disclose your identity when making a report, we will do all that we can to protect your identity consistent with conducting a thorough investigation. Confidentiality is a priority throughout the investigation process and information related to reports and investigations will be shared only on a need-to-know basis to protect the privacy of those involved.

At EXL, we don’t tolerate retaliation of any kind for making a report in good faith, which means that no one can take disciplinary or retaliatory action against you (such as termination, demotion, intimidation, excluding you from things, etc.) for reporting a matter or participating or assisting in an investigation.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
