How to File a Report
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
  • Call 800-963-5819 (toll free), or
  • Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of this web page.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Consistent with our Human Resources policies, we will investigate all allegations of employment discrimination, sexual or other unlawful harassment, or similar issues. COPT Defense guarantees that employees who report possible violations may, if they desire, remain completely anonymous. At no time will there be any retaliation against an employee for submitting a good faith concern or complaint under the Code or participating in any governmental or internal investigations into allegations of unlawful misconduct.
