FARO Technologies has selected EthicsPoint to provide employees with an effective and acceptable means to report work-related issues and express concerns regarding any potential audit or accounting problems. EthicsPoint is your anonymous and confidential reporting tool to communicate any of the following suspected issues: financial malfeasance, fraud, theft, harassment, misconduct, threats and workplace safety.

You May File a Report

All reports will be reviewed by the Director of Internal Audit who reports to the Audit Committee Chairman of the FARO Technologies Board of Directors. All reports will remain anonymous as indicated above, unless you indicate otherwise.

FARO Technologies will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or in any other manner discriminate or retaliate against any employee of FARO Technologies for reporting in good faith any suspected wrong doing or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected violations.

Note to all Employees: If your concern can be handled by the HR Department, please contact them first. If you wish to remain anonymous, if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner, or if the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please log onto this website and proceed with registering your issue.
