Our Mission & Values

Our mission in creating employment opportunities and choices for people with significant disabilities is incredibly rewarding and challenging. It requires an unwavering commitment to our values, principles and to acting with the highest degree of integrity. For us, integrity means upholding the highest ethical and legal standards in everything we do in order to build and maintain trust. It is that trust that will enable us to work toward accomplishing our mission with greater speed and ease.

Our Commitment

Our behavior as a business should reflect the commitment to our values. Each one of us is personally responsible for the success of our mission and for reflecting those values. We must make the right decisions and take the right actions for ourselves, the people we serve, the customers they work for, and for the U.S. AbilityOne Commission®. To maintain and promote these essentials, our company has selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method to handle concerns or specific reports of misconduct. EthicsPoint is a comprehensive, confidential third-party reporting tool created by NAVEX Global. This tool aids management, employees, non-profits in our network and vendors in helping us address fraud, waste, abuse, violations of SourceAmerica Code of Conduct and other misconduct.

The Reporting Process

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • By Telephone:
    Dial 800-427-0982 (toll free),
  • or
  • Online:
Select the “Make a Report" link at the top of this web page

  • Whether you file over the phone or online, the first question will ask whether you are an employee of SourceAmerica. Please ensure you answer this question correctly as this will route the report to the right process. If you work for an affiliated non-profit organization (NPA) in SourceAmerica’s network, you are NOT an employee of SourceAmerica.

Your online report will be sent to EthicsPoint and calls to the hotline will be answered by an EthicsPoint representative, not by a SourceAmerica employee. No retaliatory action will be taken against a Team Member for reporting or inquiring in good faith about unethical behavior or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breaches of conduct.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique “report key” code. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, you can use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Reports will be handled promptly and discreetly, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. Each of these recipients has had training and is committed to keeping these reports in utmost confidence. The EthicsPoint system and staff are trained and committed to ensure that no report is ever shared with implicated parties, their peers, or subordinates. This means that no person in a named report will ever see the report, regardless of whether you choose to remain anonymous or not.
