Our Commitment

We at First Citizens Bank realize that our continued success depends upon maintaining our reputation through careful compliance with the spirit and letter of all laws and regulations, as well as our associates' personal commitment to the highest professional standards of conduct and integrity. Thank you for your support in helping us maintain these high standards.

See Something, Say Something

Doing the right thing includes speaking up when we believe someone has engaged in conduct that violates the law or our Code of Ethics. All First Citizens Bank associates have a duty to immediately report any suspected or potential violations of law, our Code of Ethics, Company policies, or other conduct that conflicts with our values.

Associates may report concerns to their manager or Human Resources using the HR Portal. You may also report any concerns through our hotline, EthicsPoint, which is managed by a third-party. Such reports may be submitted to EthicsPoint by phone or via the web and may be submitted anonymously. Regardless of whether you decide to remain anonymous, all reports will be treated confidentially.

Raising concerns within First Citizens Bank does not prevent you from reporting the same concerns to law enforcement or the relevant government entity if there is a suspected or potential violation of law. If you are not sure whether to report a concern, seek guidance from your manager, Human Resources, or Conduct Risk Compliance.

Customers wishing to ask a question or submit a complaint related to First Citizens products or services should visit this site.

To File a Report

You may call 1.800.UREPORT or you may file a report online by clicking on the File a Report link above. After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key“ which you can use to follow up on the report for updates.
