Business Conduct and Ethics at Avago Technologies

At Avago Technologies, we are committed to conducting business ethically and in full compliance with applicable laws. We have implemented this Compliance Hotline to provide you a simple and easy way to report possible violations or raise concerns you have relating to the Company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

The Compliance Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Avago Technologies has retained a third-party vendor, EthicsPoint, to provide a secure and independent reporting capability that can, if you desire, enable you to report your concerns anonymously.

Reports received on the Compliance Hotline will be entered directly on the EthicsPoint secure server to prevent any possible breach in security. EthicsPoint makes these reports available only to specific individuals within Avago Technology who are charged with evaluating the particular type of violation. Each of these report recipients has had training in keeping these reports in the utmost confidence. The EthicsPoint system and staff are committed to ensuring that no report is ever shared with implicated parties, their peers or subordinates. Reports may be filed anonymously. Avago's Policy of Non-Retaliation protects employees against retaliation as a result of lawfully reporting information, or participation in investigations, if you in good faith seek advice, raise a concern or report a violation of the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
