"At Qorvo, we strive to make a positive difference in the world and each of us plays an essential role in upholding our foundation of strong ethical principles and values. If you have any concerns about ethics, compliance or HR issues, we encourage you to report them to us through the Ethics Hotline."

Three Things to Know About the Qorvo Ethics & Compliance Hotline

What is the Ethics Hotline?

The Ethics Hotline is a confidential channel where you can report HR, ethics, or compliance concerns to Qorvo. It is administered by NAVEX, an independent third party, and is available 24/7. You can contact the Ethics Hotline anonymously (where permitted by law) by clicking one of the links above and making a report. Your report will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible, consistent with applicable law and the legitimate needs of the investigation.

What is Qorvo’s stance on retaliation?

Qorvo does not tolerate retaliation. We will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or in any manner retaliate or discriminate against any employee based on their lawful actions and good faith reporting to us of an issue or concern. Any employee who violates our non-retaliation policy will be subject to disciplinary action. This commitment is clearly stated in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and we take it very seriously.

Who else can I speak to?

Qorvo is committed to having open channels of communications for you to report concerns to us. We encourage you to contact us using the channel you are most comfortable with such as the Ethics Hotline, your supervisor, your HR business partner, the Legal Department, the Chief Human Resources Officer, or another Qorvo officer. You can also contact Qorvo’s Compliance Officer at ComplianceOfficer@qorvo.com.
